Sunrise Breakfast with a Lusail View
Sunrise Breakfast with a Lusail View
Sunrise breakfast at The House is a full morning service in Lusail's Marina District, served daily from 8am with the Katara Towers filling the window. It runs on slow-crafted cooking — bread proofed overnight, labneh strained twice, coffee pulled to order — in a dining room built for lingering rather than rushing.
What time does breakfast start in Lusail?
Breakfast at The House begins at 8am, seven days a week, and the kitchen keeps serving it well past the hour most Lusail cafes switch to lunch. Arrive before 9.30am and the room is quiet, the light is still low across the Marina, and you will not need a reservation. Weekends fill from about 10am.
What is on the breakfast menu?
The breakfast list runs to sixteen dishes. The Signature Shakshuka (QAR 49) is the house version, finished with melted cheese. Gourmet Avocado Cheese Toast (QAR 47) is built on toasted brown sourdough with a poached egg, crumbled goat cheese, fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil. Sunrise Labneh and Zatar (QAR 39), Turkish Egg (QAR 41), Woodland Canvas Egg (QAR 41), Egg Benedict (QAR 49), Homemade Falafel (QAR 39) and Foul Mudammas (QAR 31) fill out the savoury side. Homemade Granola with Greek yoghurt, honey and mixed berries (QAR 45) is the lighter option.
What is the signature breakfast tray?
Grandma's Sharing (QAR 275) is the tray to order when there are three or four of you. It arrives with cut vegetables and fruit, hummus and avocado dips, freshly baked breads, cheeses and nuts, plus two mains — shakshuka and fluffy scrambled eggs. Grandma Single (QAR 138) is the same idea sized for one or two.
Where do you sit for the view?
The skyline is best from the upper terrace, which faces the Katara Towers across the Marina. The ground floor sits beside the open kitchen, where you watch bread and eggs come together. On cooler mornings between November and March the terrace is the better seat; through the Qatari summer the indoor dining room holds the same view through glass.
What does breakfast cost?
Most guests spend between QAR 60 and QAR 120 per person at breakfast — a main plus coffee. Karak is QAR 14. Coffee runs from QAR 25 for a foamy iced americano to QAR 31 for a coconut water matcha. The sharing trays sit above that range and are priced for a table.
How do you get there in the morning?
The House is at Manarat Lusail Tower on Street 318, a short walk from Lusail Boulevard and served by the Lusail metro and tram. Morning traffic into the Marina District is lightest before 9am. There is parking at the tower, and the walk in from the Boulevard takes a few minutes.
Is it a good place to work in the morning?
Yes, before the late-morning rush. The ground floor beside the open kitchen and the Secret Garden are the two quietest spots, and the coffee programme is built for people who order more than one. Guests regularly stay two hours. After about 11am on weekends the room gets busier and livelier.
